Uptime Guarantee

BoltHost uses expensive high quality servers running rock solid Unix or Linux operating systems. They are housed in a world class secure data centre with a redundant power supply and multiple connections to upstream providers. I am confident about the reliability of this service and expect services to only be unavailable breifly during routine maintenance. All servers need to be rebooted every now and then for security and software updates so it is impossible for any host to guarantee 100% uptime.

If web or email hosting availability falls below 99.5% of a billing term I will credit your account with a 10% discount for that term. Discount excludes outages by third parties.

BoltHost's uptime averages for each month are over 99.9%
